Serenity Cove Spa was born from a simple belief: that true wellness comes from stillness. We opened our doors in 2018 in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with the Pacific Ocean as our backdrop and a mission to create a space where the noise of everyday life simply melts away.
Our team brings together traditions from across the globe — Thai, Swedish, and aromatherapy practices — unified by a commitment to evidence-based, results-driven treatments. Every therapist is hand-picked and trained by our founder, ensuring that each visit meets the same exacting standard.

Lead Therapist & Founder
Amara Chen has spent fifteen years mastering the art of therapeutic touch. After training in traditional Thai massage in Chiang Mai and Swedish techniques in Stockholm, she returned to Australia with a vision: to create a wellness sanctuary that blends Eastern wisdom with Western science. In 2018 she founded Serenity Cove Spa on the Gold Coast, building a team of therapists who share her commitment to holistic restoration. Amara holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and remains hands-on, personally training every therapist who joins the Cove.

Naree is a Thai massage specialist with twelve years of experience. Born and trained in Thailand, she brings authentic traditional techniques to our treatments, from deep tissue to aromatherapy.
